I applied online and they called me back in 2 days. Had phone screen with recruiter then in person with all 3 people that work in the office. After you leave the office the district manager calls to speak with you. Great for getting out of college job.

The process is very easy. I first had a phone interview with a recruiter and they just ask basic questions about your background. Then, I had a phone interview with one of the managers at the office and again, all of the questions were behavioral. After that, I had an in person interview with several members of the team at the office location. There is a very brief skills test where you put in some excel numbers and then write a letter to a client. It is very easy and you don't need to worry about the skills test. There are no technical questions.
