You get a phone interview and they will send an aptitude test. If you pass it they will email you for an in person interview. 3 panel interview, the HR, one of the supervisors and apparently one of the managers for their sister company that shares the office. Each will have a number of questions which probably came from their manual books. After interview, they will ask you to do a typing test, another aptitude test and how to email someone. You can read by the HRs face if she doesnt like your answer.
