I met with the design director at Merchsource LLC and also did a group interview with other designers from the team. Everyone was really nice and asked about me and I showed my portfolio.

Round 1: 15 min phone screen with recruiter. Round 2: 1 hour long portfolio review zoom call with director of design Round 3: Onsite interview in Irvine with design leadership. I was told it could also be virtual. The hiring manager told me I'd hear back in 1-2 weeks. 3.5 weeks later I received a rejection email from both him and the recruiter.
