A few days after I applied for an internship within the Marketing and Sales team, I have been contacted by the HR recruiter, with whom I have had a 20ish min long interview. The next day I have received an invite for an in-person interview with the Strategic Director and a Hiring Manager. The interview was one of the best experiences I have had so far. They were relaxed, started with introducing themselves and the team. Going forward, they wanted to get to know me better, hear about my personal interests and hobbies, and only then started asking questions related to my previous job experiences. We have exchanged some quite cool jokes, and I was really happy to get the opportunity to join the team with the great spirit. I have received an offer the next day and stayed with a team for a year. Acquired A lot of knowledge and experience (and gained many new friends). Great experience overall.
