Applied online and was contacted by HR to set up interviews. I completed two virtual interviews followed by an in-person panel interview. The interviewers were friendly and the conversations went well, but unfortunately I was completely ghosted afterward with no updates and no closure. Given the time and effort put into the process, the lack of communication felt unprofessional and disrespectful.
