My interview process was very clear and professional. I felt welcomed and all six interviewers were really spot on, not only about the companies needs but what I needed as an employee as well to succeed in my position. I would also like to give a huge shout out to the CEO of this wonderful company, Mark Aslett. Two weeks after my hire date, a few of us new hires across the company had a meeting via Skype with Mr. Aslett to welcome all of us to Mercury Systems. I've never experienced where a CEO of a huge company takes the time to welcome everyone and tell us about the company and pointed out the companies culture in the importance of teamwork, execution and communication.
