applied online and interviewed in person. Makenzie mendoza is an unprofessional incompetent individual to function as a director. She kept contradicting herself, told me she hires new grads in the ICU, she then turned me down and told me i wasnt considered because i dont have experience.

Makenzie mendoza is unprofessional and incompetent. Told me she hires new grads in the ICU, turned me down and told me its because i dont have experience??? make that make sense. They have a horrible reputation here in DSM, and i cant see why.
