Merit Service Solutions interview questions

Went through one interview set up by a recruiter. Was told by recruiter they “moved in another direction”. 3 weeks later, I saw the same job posting. I reached out directly to the person I interviewed with and received no reply by email or voicemail. If that’s the kind of follow up senior management has, I am glad I wasn’t offered anything.

Was one of the worst applicant experiences I have had. HR Manager expressed interest for an interview. Provided days and times I was available. Took a week with follow up on my end to get a response. Told them I was going on vacation. They finally replied while I was on vacation and gave me until EOB to reply. I replied the first opportunity I had and was told the position was filled.
