Over the phone getting to know you kind of deal with the HR division. She liked me so I interviewed with the Land Acq Division VP who seemed to already had his mind made up before I even walked in the door.
Half of the interview was largely conversational with an emphasis on past experience. The other half was about how the team operates and how the role contributes. The interview environment was relaxed and enjoyable.

The process was straightforward. There was an initial phone call with their recruiter. Then you have in-person meetings with the VP of Acquisition as well as other department heads. They ask about experience and skills with Microsoft products.
