Interview
The interview was a test-driven pair programming session where a senior or staff engineer drove and I navigated. It was pretty straightforward, with no tricks. They also checked cultural fit and whether you’re genuinely excited about pair programming. This might have changed though, since I’ve been away from the company for a while.
