Merixstudio interview questions

Overall, the process was very pleasant, and I was treated with the utmost respect. Not only was I asked about my previous career, but also about my plans and how could I make the department that I would join, better. Most importantly, a big part of the process was Merixstudio's Marta, Marita and Kasia describing what Merixstudio has to offer, about the company and also their polans for the future as organisation.

Contacted by HR first, quick screening interview, then interview with HR + PD Team Leader, 30 minute task with result presentation. Task was pretty hard tbh. Then communication back and forth regarding salary expectations.
