Very efficient. I was hired on campus with 3 back-to-back interviews. The bank presented on campus in October. They received us in London early November and the application deadline was by the end of November. Interviews were on campus in January, offers made on the same day.

Three rounds at Merrill Lynch. Technical and personal questions. Interviewed with Associates, VPs and Managing Directors. Qualitative and quantitative questions including questions about investment banking and how transactions are structured. Very professional.
