I applied in-person. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Merrill (Buckhead, GA) in Dec 2018
Interview
The interview process was having a conversation with each team member. Very casual and enjoyable. There weren't too many technical questions at all. A lot of it was behavioral and typical for interviews. Overall, it was a great experience for me.
Super easy interview. Spend most of the interview talking about personal life and life after graduation. Talked a little bit about my background in school, jobs, and past internships. Super easy.
