Interview
Communications were respectful throughout the entire interview process. Important questions were handled via email before the interview (ie; salary, availability...). I spoke with one person on the phone; we discussed my resume, professional experience and qualifications. It is important to be ready to clearly and concisely describe your role in previous jobs. A vast majority of the questions were behavioral so it is to your advantage to prepare answers for common behavioral questions. Be prepared to describe what you would do in a challenging/stressful situation typical of the job you are interviewing for.
