The interview process consisted of three separate interviews, each looking from a different perspective of the role, culture of the bank, and fit. It was refreshing and comforting to see the care put forward in each interview. They really want to make sure you are a good fit for the role and that you fit into the culture of the bank. Customer experience is the main focus along with having a positive outgoing personality. It's hard to say if the interview was easy or hard because I experienced a mix of this in the process. Overall it was the most positive interview experience I have had in years. I definitely recommend applying here.
