Initial contact via phone. Very casual talk about what the companies does and my experiences and interests. Received an email from HR with a date, time and itinerary for an in person interview. Interview was very technical and I met with a lot of people. Met with 4 groups of people for 30-45mins each and finished up with HR representative who had a questionnaire for me about the position and the interview process.
Everyone I met with was very friendly and nice. Even though their questions were difficult, they were not intimidating at all.
