I recommend that you think twice before deciding if you want to join this company. The vibe I got from this company is that they value "cultural fit" over everything else. If you don't have the "personality" they are looking for don't even think about getting in. It doesn't matter if you have the technical skills, passion for technology, and the motivation to learn and grow with the company. It has a start-up "bro-culture" feel, only men were in the office, and they said they go to sport games, drink, and play xbox together. They told me they value academics, personal achievements, and previous experience, but it's all talk. From my personal experience, I had above requirements and the interviews went smoothly, but was unable to advance to the next step. They were unable to give me a better answer as to why I wasn't able to advance to the next step besides "You weren't direct enough". Their answer was not an legitimate reason but just a canned, no-brainer answer.
Very unprofessional by all means, I do not reccomend at all. From personal experience, they accept or reject you based on cultural fit. Lastly, just my opinion and the vibe I got from this company--If it's a "bro-culture" of course women won't be a cultural fit. Also, you should think twice when they have absolutely no reviews on Glassdoor.
