Recruiter reached out and scheduled a 30 minute phone conversation. Two days prior to interview I reached out to recruiter to confirm, which she quickly responded to, stating she was looking forward to connecting. On the date & time, I waited for a call that never came. About 20 minutes after the scheduled time passed, I emailed her asking if we were still on or if we needed to reschedule. My CRM showed she opened the email numerus times. She ghosted me, and never responded to reschedule or to advise that the opening was filled. (And it ran on digital recruitment sites for a couple months) Having extensive experience IN the CPaaS sales and marketing space, I was disappointed to say the least. This was very unprofessional.
