I was hired through a recruiting firm. There was only 1 actual interview which took place before being hired on. I was interviewed by 3 people in the firm before being extended an offer to join the firm.

What was a 10Q? I had never audited publicly traded companies so I had no idea what a 10Q was before being hired. I should have expected a question like this but was unprepared.
