Mathematical test followed by financial interview on basic British and European markets, concepts and important individuals. Mathematical test was mental, no calculator allowed but with calculation paper. Interview was followed the test, additional mental arithmetic, questions about markets and their current values. If accepted, an interview with a director is scheduled. Similar questions, more relating to experience and motivations for the job.

The interview process felt unusual and somewhat outdated for a trading firm. The overall structure and approach to evaluating candidates did not seem particularly aligned with what I would expect from a modern trading environment. The in-person testing format also did not seem like an effective way to assess trading-related skills. Additionally, the overall impression of the company and its business model was not very convincing during the interview process. Overall, the experience left me uncertain about the organisation and the way it approaches hiring.
