Applied through their website. HR interviewed for an hr and at the end said looking for Peoplesoft skills, which he could have filtered by looking at the resume. Looks like the HR process is a farce where they need to show the interview counts and ultimately some internal H1b candidate or reference gets the job.

Advice - H1B candidates BEWARE.................. During recruitment, they will say that they will file GC after one year but that is not true.... after 1 year they will just keep on dragging till the end date of your visa..... Not a diverse company....
