I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at MetLife in July 2013
Interview
Metlife is moving to Raleigh NC . I originally applied for a Senior BSA but did not get it. My recruiter called me and told me I did not get the Senior Level position but if I would be open to a BSA. I said yes. Many recruiters/hr called me about these positions and I told them I spoke to someone about this position. I had three sets of interviews and hour each on one day. Most of these were behavioral and went quite smoothly. One of the interviewers was the hiring manager and the other two were just managers from other departments. After the interview three weeks went by and they offered me the position.
