Interview was really easy. Started with phone interview. After phone, I was invited into the office for a final interview. After the interview 2 days later I received an offer letter.

What would make you a good candidate for this position?
What obstacles did you have to overcome in customer service setting?
Interviewer didn’t seem focused. I didn’t feel the interview was a fair chance due to this but why work for a company who isn’t focused. Interview overall was average, not hard.

Interview
Applied online through MetLife website and received a call from a recruiter a few weeks later. The first step was a phone interview/screening with the recruiter: basic questions related to the position, and confirmation of the job description, schedule, and expectations. Following the phone interview there is an online personality test and job simulation. Once that is passed, an interview is scheduled with a hiring manager.
The interview with the hiring manager is more in-depth. Questions are posed about customer service, professional experience, etc.
