I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at MetLife (Cary, NC) in July 2014
Interview
After some initial (easy) screening interviews, I had a one-on-one talk with somebody from Infusion. This was a great conversation, he proposed a network problem to me, and we spent a lot of time talking about how I would debug it. It told me the interviewer was interested in my thought process, and not whether I could spit out the correct answer to a canned questions (e.g. Java heap generations)

Question 1
Describe a recent project you completed in technical detail.
I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at MetLife (Cary, NC) in Sept 2022
Interview
The whole process lasts for more than two months, partially because when it is applied, it's approaching the holiday season. So you have to be very patient. The interview contains three parts---phone screen, first in-person one on one and second in-person one on one. When I finished applying, the phone screen arrived in a week. After two weeks, the first one on one interview was noticed. After another two weeks, the second one on one came. And a month later, they finally moved the application to the final offer negotiation phase.

Question 1
Half behavior questions and half technical questions. Pretty regular and normal, focused on previous experiences.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at MetLife in Apr 2015
Interview
Had a first round of interview with the recruiter. After a week was scheduled with a technical interview which went very well. Later I did not receive any response from them. I followed up few times and finally they called up and said that they are looking only for Green card holders.
They should have informed about this earlier and not wasted my time. They know already that I am H1-B associate and still continued with my interview process.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at MetLife in Nov 2014
Interview
I applied online and received a call from the recruiter. First they will phone screen to make sure you are the candidate for the job. Next step is technical interview. If you are through the technical interview step then next interviews are with senior managers and interview is behavioral based. They are mostly scenario based and you will be asked to react to the situation
