Interview
Easy and seamless interview and answered all my questions made the onboarding experience great and the employees were very nice as well as the hiring managers all in all they were great to work with
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at MetLife (Aurora, IL)
Interview
A little lengthy, but this is to be expected from such a large company. There were 3 interviews. The basic HR phone screen asking the questions one would expect from any HR screen. Second was with direct hiring manager, and it was the longest one. Third interview was with a different manager on a different team and it was pretty easy and informal. I think it is just a formality to have that third interview to make sure there are no glaring issues with a chosen applicant the hiring manager didn't catch.
Whole process took about 2 months from time of application to offer.

Question 1
Tell me about a time where you identified an issue and what did you do to correct it?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at MetLife (Tampa, FL) in Feb 2022
Interview
Laid back. Focus on prior experiences. They want to know more of if they can mold you to fit there culture rather then what you know. Super friendly and nice.
