MetLife Short Term Disability Claims interview questions

Process was mostly over the telephone. I underwent 2 telephone interviews and one face to face interview in the office. The questions were basic interview questions like "Tell me about a time when..., give me an example of a time with X happened. The first interview was with a recruiter and the second interview was with the Unit Leader and Operations Manager,
