I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at MetTel (New York, NY) in July 2012
Interview
It was a progressive process, with interviews with 2 executive directors. There were 3 interviews total. They were very open about the company and position. Good feedback was provided throughout the process. I was always kept up to date as to where I stood compared to the other candidates. There were no real brainteasers or complicated tests. It was a pretty straight forward process.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
All the questions were straight forward and relevant to the position.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at MetTel (New York, NY) in Feb 2015
Interview
Was nice and sweet although lead me on into believing i was totally getting the job then never received any word back at all and not even a follow up email in response to me, was very unprofessional at the end for such a "big company". At least after all the effort i put into going to an interview I would at least expect a YES or NO.
I applied in-person. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at MetTel (New York, NY) in Oct 2013
Interview
They contacted me on LinkedIn, and there were 1 phone screening, and 3 in person meetings.
There were 2 people on each meeting, always the same participants. The problem came where they said that they would let me know on a certain day, and nothing happened, so I had to contact them instead.
The whole process took almost 3 months for 3 interviews, and they sent an email with the subject "Rejection" explaining that they moved forward with a different candidate.
After a month (4 months total) they sent another email apologizing for the use of that word, with a "No reply" email address.
