MetTel Senior Director/Vice President Operations interview questions

(See the review for the VP of Sales Operations! The exact same script was true for me as well.) I was approached via LinkedIn, invited to a face-to-face but insisted on phone conversation first. Spoke to HR partner about my background to ensure fit. Went in for face-to-face and had to fill out application, etc. Met with HR partner for a half-hour. She then went to check availability of current VP Operations who was not there/available. No follow up since except by me. Don't think it was a real job and won't pursue further unless they do.
