Really impersonal process. Great discussion with the Talent Acquisition team and was then “ interviewed” by the hiring manager. She made zero eye contact and simply fired a bunch of questions at me whilst manically typing on her two keyboards. I Learnt nothing about the scope of the role and she really didn’t learn anything about me. Given my experience I had no interest in proceeding with the interview process.
