I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Meta (Dublin, Dublin) in Mar 2017
Interview
The Most Irrespetful Inteviewer Ever: I was contacted by a interviewer in Dublin. After sending her my availability, waiting 3 hours for a ghost interviewer and 5 emails later, nobody answered me back ever. I found very unprofessional recruiters contacting candidates for an interview and not showing up or not answering back. What happened to her? Did she fall into a Black Hole?. Does Facebook makes you legible to do whatever you want to candidates?.

Question 1
Facebook recruiters (not all of course), you should look after your Egos when joining this company and respect the candidates...
Very thoughtful process for a contracting role in a marketing function. Sharp engaged questions. Not overly laborious. Clear and relevant to job description. Did 3 rounds of interviews. No real feedback would be only criticism.

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Meta (Mountain View, CA) in Nov 2025
Interview
Efficient process that involved clear communication with scheduler, recruiter and then interviewers. Four rounds, each with a different topic area focus - always ending with a chance to ask questions and beginning with a bit on ‘tell me about yourself.’ Decision followed pretty quickly after the interview process.
