I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Meta (Menlo Park, CA) in Jan 2017
Interview
I applied online, was contacted by a recruiter roughly two weeks after, and had a phone screening followed by a phone interview, and lastly an in-person interview with multiple team members who emphasized different aspects of the role. All in all, the process took roughly a month.
My overall impression was mixed, as it didn't seem like the team knew exactly what the role entailed, which therefore made it difficult for the recruiter to explain the role. I think it would have also felt a little more inviting if they gave a brief tour of the campus, let alone the building.
Everyone I met with was extremely nice and I am definitely still hopeful to find another opportunity.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Meta (Singapore)
Interview
Interviewer was nice & friendly but somewhat distracted. He requested to cut 45 mins to 30 mins before any conversation even started, may be due to lunch hours. Ran through resume and job experiences, very easy flowing conversation that makes you wonder if it was a serious assessment
I applied online. I interviewed at Meta in Aug 2020
Interview
I had a short phone interview with a recruiter, asked basic questions about my background. Recruiter was very nice, but I did not ever hear back, even after following up with them.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Meta (London, England) in June 2020
Interview
I felt that the interview went very well on the whole. Hr said that they would reply to me in three days. I hope you can gather your courage when you interview. Confidence is the most important thing!
