I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Meta
Interview
Interview process on a whole was well organized thanks to the fb recruiting's team. However, the process was long and no real feedback was provided. It seems like the team is still figuring out what they want, I just wish they had a firmer sense of things, before advertising the job and taking in candidates. On hindsight, the job description is quite suspicious, they are asking alot for a role that is only a 'communication designer'. If I hadn't been laid off, I would have not considered this role, I ultimately felt like just a diversity number in this process.
