I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Meta in June 2021
Interview
Interview process was transparent and casual. More of a conversation than a line of intense interview questions. Recruiter gave tips to prepare me for interview which was helpful - though none of what I prepared was asked about.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you had to deal with a difficult stakeholder.
Very thoughtful process for a contracting role in a marketing function. Sharp engaged questions. Not overly laborious. Clear and relevant to job description. Did 3 rounds of interviews. No real feedback would be only criticism.

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Meta (Mountain View, CA) in Nov 2025
Interview
Efficient process that involved clear communication with scheduler, recruiter and then interviewers. Four rounds, each with a different topic area focus - always ending with a chance to ask questions and beginning with a bit on ‘tell me about yourself.’ Decision followed pretty quickly after the interview process.
