I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Meta (Menlo Park, CA)
Interview
The interview was pretty straight forward. First phone interview was with the recruiter who reached out to me. Then, an onsite interview and although they said, they might have a follow-up interview, they called me the next day and said they'll be making an offer. The offer numbers came in very quickly thereafter. The entire process (from first recruiter contact to offer acceptance) took less than two weeks!

Question 1
The questions weren't out of the ordinary but were well-thought out. I met with 4 interviewers (30 mins each).
I was surprised at how casually a team of recruiters took an interview with a fellow recruiter. Given that I did not receive an offer, I suspect the decision to not move forward was made early because my interviewers showed a very clear lack of interest in what I had to say. One even spent most of the interview sending messages on his phone.
Panel of 5 interviews, all virtual and one to one. Each had a different theme, my recruiter prepped me in advance. Looking for candidates to use the STAR method and discuss past experiences.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you had a conflict with a colleague.
Started with a recruiting message, followed by a phone screen with the recruiter to talk through the role, expectations, and gauge overall interest and alignment. Then moved to a virtual onsite with 3 additional team members.
