The last one was a presentation when you have 15 min to prepare and 15 min to present.
The task is not very complicated but still, you are limited in time.
They gave you kind of brief
-client
-product
-geo
-they are using FB and Ig
-here are numbers of sales for different channels, cpc rates, and revenue
You need to predict the budget and the way to optimize campaigns and results.
You can ask questions.
You need to present orally or in PPT, then they(it was 2 people) will ask questions, why this or why that.
What you will ask the client, how to work with negotiation...etc
Follow-up with HR and new questions(email)
5) Zoom with Hiring manager/
Questions were about Strategic thinking and the ability to work autonomously
-Meta strategy in your region
-What you would do in your first year – what you believe is key for Meta to achieve
Here they expect you NOT to give numbers of competitors and to follow international strategy, but to calculate the capitalization of the market.
You will need to identify what will be the main product for the market (FB or Ig or WhatsApp) and talk solely about this. For example, if it will be IG- you will talk about IG as a competitor of the TV ads !
After this, you also will need to predict who will be your desirable clients and the answer must be - the biggest segment of the clients (like e-com), not the one you want.
If Your answer will be FMCG or another market - you will be asked about their capitalization. Like "what is the capitalization of Nivea"?
My opinion:
- looks friendly but leaves very unpleasant feelings.
- one of the 4x4 asked me about "Am I from referance?" because she was on the phone and can not see if I'm from reference or not. So talks A LOT about how Google and FB hired people solely by reference. So it gives me the feeling that the one who get the offer was from reference.
- I was very surprised to hear that the Client Solutions Manager needs to know the capitalization of the companies or market!
So, outcome, nasty people, waste your time to justify their candidate.
But still was good to know who works there and how.
I will recommend trying this expeince but with full understanding that you will not have an offer(only if you have reference)
