There were 5 distinct rounds, spread out over a couple months. I interviewed generally with the company and narrowed down teams near the end. Phone screen > portfolio review > assignment > presentation + all-day interviews > team interviews

They asked me about a discrepancy in the data for a project in my portfolio from research my user research did. User research had made a mistake, so check every detail.
A recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn. A phone call with a recruiter led to interviews with two staffers, and then advanced to doing an assignment and presentation, along with three more interviews. Was originally told the process would take a month but it took more than two months.

Informal interview that went through samples and with impromptu questions to understand experience and core skills related to content design management of a team. Overall positive and relaxed experience.
Good idea to bring samples to screen share so you can interact with content while replying to questions.
