I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Meta (Menlo Park, CA) in Oct 2014
Interview
Had a phone screen, then call with hiring manager, was in the next week for a set of interviews. The questions raised were fairly challenging, but not much in the way of strange, offbeat or blocker questions. There's genuine curiosity on behalf of staffers. I didn't get the job, but the overall process was quick and efficient. I appreciated that.

Question 1
What would be the most important thing I learn from you?
Very thoughtful process for a contracting role in a marketing function. Sharp engaged questions. Not overly laborious. Clear and relevant to job description. Did 3 rounds of interviews. No real feedback would be only criticism.

Question 1
1. Why do you want this role?
2. What do you think biggest challenges are for us at the moment?
3. How would you have handled this issue?
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Meta (Mountain View, CA) in Nov 2025
Interview
Efficient process that involved clear communication with scheduler, recruiter and then interviewers. Four rounds, each with a different topic area focus - always ending with a chance to ask questions and beginning with a bit on ‘tell me about yourself.’ Decision followed pretty quickly after the interview process.
