      Gen AI Engineer Interview

      15 Oct 2024
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Seattle, WA
      No offer
      Neutral experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Meta (Seattle, WA) in Oct 2024

      Interview

Meta interviews typically starts with a recruiter phone screen to assess your basic qualifications and interest in the company. This is followed by a hiring manager phone screen, where your technical skills and experience are evaluated more deeply. If you advance past these stages, you're invited to an on-site interview (which may be virtual) consisting of multiple rounds that include technical assessments, problem-solving exercises, and behavioral interviews to gauge your fit within the team and company culture.
