Meta Qualitative Researcher interview questions

Interview was a good learning experience, it was lengthy but moved quickly, everyone was willing to answer questions and chat, required a presentation with multiple interviewers in the room. they asked challenging hypothetical questions about research parameters/ethics.

It's a hierarchical process that starts with a recruiter, then to a department manager, and so on. The process was very repetitive, and they asked the same questions at each level. It seems no one reads prior responses, or they are firewalled. The process was clearly geared to identify a specific type of person.
