Regional manager conducted the interview process and was more a three part process. Responsibilities on the job, your career, and salary. once you get to the salary figure, it becomes clear that the answer you give them will dictate if they can pay you that figure.

Question 1
The current size of the territory is this dollar amount. what do you expect the salary would entail for this territory of this size? The answer would dictate a yes or now for being included as a potential employee. A low ball figure would definitely get you in.
