I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Metal-Era (Waukesha, WI) in Nov 2012
Interview
My experience was a comfortable experience. I was able to learn a lot about the company, meet the employees I would be working with, discuss exactly what I would be doing as well as get a tour of the company. The interviewer was friendly, knowledgeable and easy to talk to. I also spoke with the head of the department who had the same personality traits.

They had me draw parts up in CAD to see my skills in that area, they asked me why I wanted to work for them and how I could be a good addition to the company.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Metal-Era in Feb 2016
Interview
The process was relatively painless, very laid back and relaxed. I was walked around the department and met the head of the department, who is a nice man and very smart. Also had a chance to sit with one of the other Process Engineers to see what the work is like. Got the opportunity to tour the plant as well, which I thought was small for the actual operation being ran.
