I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Metal Sales Manufacturing (Fort Smith, AR) in July 2023
Interview
Very informal and friendly. It was more about whether I fit in the office culture rather than my qualifications, since they had actually read that before the interview, which is fairly rare it seems. Not intimidating at all, mostly personality and work style based questions.

Question 1
They mostly told me about the day to day business operations and then asked how I felt I would do in that environment. It wasn't really a formal interview like any other I've had. I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Metal Sales Manufacturing
Interview
Phone screening, in plant visit, 4 different in person and virtual interviews, skill tests. It's quite clear that this company is micromanaged from the top and is not empowering its sub-tier managers to allow them to make decisions.
