I had a virtual interview and was then invited for longer interview onsite incl. presenting a case study. I needed to put it some time and work into it. It was worth it, because I was able to explore tasks and topics that I would work on in real life (without solving current challenges as an applicant). The discussion of my results was very pleasant, the team was very curious and the atmosphere was just right. They gave me the best environment to showcase my skills and be my true self during the interview :)
