Interviewed by mulitple people at one time. Very casual process, most questions are decision based as in how would handle certain situations. As long as you have experience in manufacturing enviroment then the interview will be pretty easier.

If you have the line down in 3 different sections how would decide which call to go to first.
If there is a quality issue and it is at the end of your shift how would you handle this?
