I don't recommend interviewing for this company. While I found the CEO to be arrogant and often condescending, the biggest red flag for me was how he asked me to develop pitch ideas for his games; one they were developing and a feature for a current game. Whether you say you're not going to use these ideas or not, it's still predatorial in this line of work and not to mention unethical. This is not how you should conduct business and this should be a red flag to those applying for this company. Don't waste your time like I did. The alarmingly low salary isn't worth your time.

Interview
I was asked to submit my portfolio and the top 5 scripts I had written in the past. Having spent a lot of time consolidating those I submit my work only to be ghosted for a long time and then hearing back I'm not fit for the position.

Sorry you had a bad interview experience with us. I spent some time looking at our records to see why the interview process took so long. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to find our emails together and I can't recall us considering a candidate for 8+ weeks but I'm sorry if you felt strung along. It certainly wasn't our intention.
