They'll schedule you for a phone call initially, and then make next round selections. I found that the interview didn't have much direction and I couldn't really feel out what they were looking for.

I received a phone call from the firm owner, then after I took their test language assessment and passed. I was then invited to a new hire orientation in a group session format where the company policies and salary plus other information was explained
