Thank you for your feedback. It's always useful to find out views from a candidate in regards to our processes, and I am happy to see that overall you score the interview as a positive experience. We do expect candidates to have researched our company, as should be the expectation when applying for any role. It's important to know as much about the company you are interviewing with as possible - to ensure you make an informed career choice and to demonstrate your interest in the company to which you have applied. Our interview process is designed to give us every opportunity to assess skills and knowledge from our candidates and ensure we continue to hire the very best people. Having a 2 stage interview process is also helpful for the candidate's own decision as it gives the opportunity to meet a variety of people from the company. All of the assessments are designed to test the skills which are required in real work situations. We are in a fast-paced industry and prefer to think of our interview process as 'challenging' rather than 'gruelling'!
