Interview
There were two interview stages. One was with the HR and the second was with the CEO herself. In the first, the HR personnel asked general questions about experience and about logistical details. I was then put into an hour-long interview with the CEO within the week.

Question 1
The CEO was very focused on trying to gauge how invested I would be to put in effort and long hours to make the startup succeed. She was also quite focused on figuring out precise contributions I had made in my previous employments.
