I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Metasoft Systems
Interview
I submitted a resume and someone from HR called me. They asked me to call the CEO at an arranged time; first clue. While researching the company I came across a slew of negative reviews and lawsuits.
During the phone call the CEO asked really drilled down on why I was interested in leaving my current job. He continually pressed on personal issues between me and my current employer, to the point of being rude. He then asked very broad questions, and when I would give an answer, he'd ask "well, what else?" I ended up blindly rambling. This was a good question, so props to him.
I asked what the median salary for his junior staff is, and he said they didn't keep statistics.
That's when I knew this man is used to lying.
I politely removed myself as a candidate.
Overall, there are a ton of red flags here. I doubt the compensation is enough to make up for it.
