Metaswitch Graduate Engineer interview questions

Applied online via sending C.V. Then sent online test to complete consisting of 50 questions in 25 minutes. Managed to complete 44 of them. Invited to telephone and arrange assessment centre time. Required to fill out lengthy online application form. Assessment centre- Arrived at 10:00 am and given a presentation about the company Sat psychometric test. Given 10 minutes to practice and 45 minutes to complete 72 questions. Followed straight after with 3 problem solving tests. 1) Communication protocol logic- A sends B tablets using stupid slaves who can't tell who sent it. Devise a solution so that B knows who sent it and the order. 2) Writing the output of a programming script. Code calls on many subfunctions. 3) Write a program to play a game with rules similar to a cross between blackjack and hearts. Improve on your program. 20 mins for lunch One on one interview asking on your motivations and about the problem solving questions.
